The American Legion Post 90 will host this year’s Community Thanksgiving Meal. Dine on a traditional Thanksgiving meal from 11:30 a.m.-3 p.m. at the American Legion located at 1325 Trinity, that will include oven-roasted turkey, ham, dressing, mashed potatoes, gravy, sweet potatoes, green beans, cranberry sauce and a dinner roll. The meal also includes a choice of apple or pumpkin pie. The meal is free, but any donations received will be used to support veterans’ activities. For more information call 662-7772.

The annual crèche exhibit, a free community event, will be from 1-7:30 p.m. at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Dec. 4. Refreshments are provided. There will be a separate touching room where the children will find touchable nativities such as crocheted nativities and finger puppets and they can color their own creche.
