“Things with Wings,” is a juried group exhibit displaying the work of Los Alamos artists and artists from northern New Mexico. Each artist has an interpretation of the theme, as reflected in paintings, ceramics, photographs and manipulated digital media. The Portal Gallery features the woodcut prints of Lily Schlien. Daily through Saturday at the Fuller Lodge Art Center.

Nature Odyssey. 8:30 to 4:30 p.m. PEEC’s day camp for children entering grades 4-6. Downtown Dogs. A weekly walking group for dogs and humans. The walk starts from Pet Pangaea at 6 p.m. for a stroll around downtown Los Alamos. Bring a leash, no longer than six feet.

The Los Alamos Genealogical Association will meet 7 p.m. at the Mesa Public Library in Los Alamos. The speaker will be Eowyn Langholf from Albuquerque and her topic will be “A Quickie on the Wiki, It’s not that Tricky.” The public is invited.
