On Tap Series. Hosted each week by a group of Los Alamos cultural providers. 5:30-7 p.m. at the Manhattan Project. History hosted by Los Alamos Historical Society. On Tap is an effort to increase programming and economic development in the Los Alamos Creative District. LACD is the only Creative District in New Mexico; Los Alamos is designated as “creative” to highlight arts, culture, and science downtown. First Friday Forts at PEEC. 3:30 to 5 p.m. Come build a fort or cook up something good in the mud kitchen. No formal program — just a time for kids to get together and have fun. Los Alamos Little Theatre will present the musical comedy “I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change.” The show presents 20 vignettes dealing with dating, love, marriage and other aspects of man-woman relationships. 7:30 p.m. Tickets are available at CB Fox and online. They will also be sold, as available, at the door beginning one hour before performance time. Tickets are $12, students and seniors receive a $2 discount. Further details can be found at lalt.org.
Things With Wings. Opening reception. 5-7 p.m. at Fuller Lodge Art Center. Light refreshments will be available, meet and mingle with artists and friends, then wander through a dozen other activities on the front lawn.
