GeekOut Game Night from 5:30-8:30 p.m. at Mesa Public Library. Bring your own games or play theirs. Bring a friend or meet new ones.

Thursday
The Senior Appreciation Night planning meeting will be from 1-2 p.m. in the aquatic center training room, 2760 Canyon Road.

The monthly Los Alamos county GOP meeting will be at 7 p.m. in the third floor conference room of the Best Western Hilltop House Hotel. The topics of the meeting will be the new Los Alamos County polling places, voter registration training and meeting of the GOP candidates running for local offices. All registered Republicans are invited to attend.

Friday
Chamisa Elementary will host a book fair from 7:30 a.m.-6 p.m. April 20 to April 25. A special Saturday event has been added this weekend from 9 a.m.-2 p.m., during the Chamisa Carnival. Volunteer slots are available during the weekdays and more information is available by calling librarian Beverly Baker at 663-2470. Chamisa is located at 301 Meadow Lane.
