Raptor Visit at PEEC, 3540 Orange Street. 7 p.m. Three new educational (non-releasable) raptors from the Santa Fe Raptor Center will visit. Educators will tell about the birds — a Swainson’s Hawk, Kestrel and Great Horned Owl — and allow the audience to view them up close. Family-friendly and free.
 A St. Patrick’s Day dinner will be at 5:30 p.m. at the Elks Lodge, 1601 Trinity Dr. The cost is $10 for adults and $5 for children. For more information call 690-4620.

Celtic Fire will perform an Irish music and dance show at 7:30 p.m. at Duane Smith Auditorium. Tickets, $9-$36, available at CB Fox or www.celticfiretix.com.

The Los Alamos U19 Girls Rugby Team, a nonprofit organization, will host a St. Patty’s dinner at 5:30 p.m. at the Elk’s Lodge, next to Sonic. The cost is $10 for adults and $5 for children. Los Alamos Garden Club hosts the spring meeting of all District II garden clubs in Fuller Lodge. Members and guests from Summit Garden Club, Floral Designers Club and Angel Fire Club will attend. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m., followed by business meetings and an installation of new officers. The Decadent Table will serve a catered lunch at noon. Afterward, organic farmer Colleen Hinker will discuss, “Organic Gardening.” She is past state president and a member of the Santa Rosa Garden Club. The Youth Activity Center’s Big MAC hosts its Shamrock Dance from 7-9 p.m. at Pueblo Gym, 1900 Diamond Dr. The dance is for 7th and 8th graders only.
