The Los Alamos Little Theater will have a play reading of “Five Women Wearing the Same Dress” at 7 p.m. at LALT, 1670 Nectar St.
Los Alamos Medical Center presents “To Your Health,” a free community education lecture series from 6:30-7:30 p.m. in the LAMC cafeteria. Dr. Ian Alexander, ENT will talk about new advances in sinusitis treatment.
There will be a benefit bingo and Frito pie sale at 6:30 p.m. at Knights of Columbus Hall, 401 Trinity Dr. Ladies and the Knights of Columbus agreed to donate the proceeds of the benefit bingo and Frito pie sale toward efforts being made to assist a family in Medanales whose house burned and sustained water damage Feb. 13. My Smart Hands Level 1, parts 1 and 2: ASL for Baby and Me will be from 6-7 p.m. Feb. 28-March 21. The cost of the class is $100 for Part 1 and $65 for Part 2, which will be from 7-8 p.m. Mondays, Feb. 28-March 21. Bring baby to class. Toddlers may play in Resource Center during class. Teatro Paraguas will present Jim Sagel, poeta Nuevo Mexicano, a tribute to the poet, writer, instructor, and long-time Española resident at 7 p.m. in the UNM-Los Alamos Lecture Hall (Bldg. 2). The event is free of charge and open to everyone.
