CATS
Aleah — A 5-year-old, spayed, female with the most beautiful coat! She is a long-haired calico. Aleah also sticks out the very tip of her tongue when she’s happy — it’s very cute!
Antwon Cloud — Antwon Cloud is a 9-year-old, all-white Oriental Shorthair surrendered due to his owner’s health issues.
Bubbles — This 3-year-old, neutered, white and tabby, male tricked volunteers into thinking “he” was a “she” due to his long hair and cute pink nose.
DQ — An 8-year-old, neutered, male Manx who lost his home due to a divorce.
Ella — This very pretty, 4-year-old, spayed, female, Siamese mix is looking for a quiet home where she can be the only pet. To meet Ella in foster care, call 412-0700.
Mountain — Mountain is a young, black and white, neutered, male kitty. He was originally part of a feral cat colony living on Alabama Street, and he has been in foster care since August. For more information, call his sponsor at 470-6973.
Sassy — A big and beautiful, 5½-year-old, chocolate point Siamese. This spayed, female was surrendered for not getting along with the other cat and dog in her home, but she is slowly adjusting.
Sparkle — Sparkle is a young, neutered, tan and white cat with one blue eye and one green eye! Sparkle came from a feral cat colony living on Alabama Street.
Stormy — A 2½-year-old, flame point Siamese. He was recently surrendered, so shelter staff and volunteers are working hard to get to know him.
Whirley — This tabby kitten somehow found his way to White Rock from a feral colony in Santa Fe. For more information, call his sponsor at 470-6973.
Xena — A spayed, female, orange tabby, surrendered for expressing her dislike for sharing her family with other cats.
Ziva — This beautiful, white and gray tabby is an 8-year-old, spayed female who was surrendered for not getting along with the other cat in the household.
DOGS
Breezy — Breezy is a small black and white spayed female Daschund/Boston terrier mix. This little cutie thinks knows that the only truly acceptable place for her is on your lap!
Bronson — An 8-month-old pit mix. His foster mom reports that in a low-key foster environment, he is really starting to come out of his shell. To meet Bronson, call his foster home at 501-0790.
ChuChu — This beautiful 2½-year-old, neutered, male ridgeback cross. He is a big guy who can be a little shy with strangers. To meet ChuChu, call 412-3451 or 433-8617.
Dallas — A year old, spayed, female, German Shepherd cross. She came into the shelter very frightened, but she has made great progress with the work of shelter volunteers. To meet Dallas, call her sponsor at 501-0790.
Jango — Young Kelpie mix who was recently returned to the shelter.
Mario and WeeGee — Young Rottweiler/cattle dog mix brothers. They are reported to be a little fearful, but love the outdoors.

Noelle — A tiny, female, pit mix puppy, black with white markings who came to the shelter as a roamer on a very cold day. She is very gentle and quiet. Once big enough, she will be spayed and ready for adoption. To meet Noelle in foster care, call 412-3451.
