Atomic City Transit will celebrate their 1st birthday party tomorrow from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. and would like to invite the public to celebrate with them. There will be a tent along Central Ave. between the post office and Fuller Lodge, where the public can enjoy hot dogs, chips, soda, cake and cookies, while supplies last.
ACT would like to thank riders for their support during the first year of operations and to announce the Oct. 27 start of enhanced A.M. and P.M. peak services. Birthday attendees can also pick up new ride guides and sign up for prize drawings that include donations from several local businesses such as Brownell's, CB Fox, the Coffee Booth, Otowi Bookstore, Pajarito Mountain Ski Area, Ruby K's and Village Arts. In the event of inclement weather, the celebration will be held in Fuller Lodge.
Beginning on Oct. 27, enhanced A.M. and P.M. peak services will be available on all neighborhood routes, allowing riders to choose from two options per hour during peak morning and evening commute times. Ride guides are also available by visiting www.AtomicCityTransit.com. Riders are asked to review all routes and times as other subtle changes have occurred.
