Nov. 5

5:07 p.m. – A 56-year-old Los Alamos man reported someone stole his puppy from his yard. The estimated loss is $350.

6:49 p.m. – A 49-year-old Warren, Mich., man reported being beat up at the Chevron Station at 2373 Trinity Dr.

1:29 a.m. – Steven Dexter, 36, of Warren, Mich., was charged with battery for a reported incident at the Chevron Station at 2373 Trinity Dr. and issued a citation to appear in court.

6:45 – Kristina Amer, 20, of Española was arrested at 2500 Trinity Dr., on an outstanding warrant.

Nov. 6

9:46 a.m. – A 42-year-old Los Alamos man reported criminal damage to his household property. The estimated damage is less than $1,000.

10:30 p.m. – Heather Bennett, 32, was arrested at 3711 Gold St. and charged with battery against a household member as a result of the  investigation of a domestic disturbance.    

Nov. 7

7:58 a.m. – A 66-year-old Los Alamos man reported his windshield broken by a rock.

6 p.m. – Dustin McCaulley, 26, of Los Alamos was charged with battery and issued a summons to appear in court as a result of an investigation into a complaint that the suspect pushed a child.

6:21 p.m. – Jose Salazar, 36, of Santa Clara Pueblo was arrested on East Road at Airport Road and charged with DWI and battery upon a peace officer.

Nov. 8

1:30 a.m. – Stacey Quintana, 31, of Santa Fe was arrested at 2010 42nd St. and charged with battery on a household member as a result of a call of a disturbance involving a man with a gun.

1:30 a.m. – Roberta Spratt, 23, of Santa Fe was arrested at 2010 42nd St., on an outstanding warrant.


Nov. 9

8:15 a.m. – Aspen Elementary School at 2182 33rd St. reported damage to its lighting. The estimated damage is $300.

11:02 a.m. – Moses Salazar, 24, of Los Alamos was arrested at 1761 37th St., on an outstanding Municipal Court Warrant.

10:16 p.m. – Bilingual Montessori School, 115 Longview Drive reported its playground and other equipment taken from a fenced area of school. The estimated loss is unknown.

Nov. 10

8:25 a.m. – Schreiber Roofing Corporation of Detroit reported the theft of a power washer from a site at Los Alamos National Laboratory. The estimated loss is $200.


10:54 a.m. – A 69-year-old White Rock woman reported windows broken in a vacant building. The estimated loss is more than  $1,000.

11:30 a.m. – Marcos Erives-Marquez, 34, was arrested and charged with battery on a household member at Central Avenue Grill.

7:43 p.m. – A 14-year-old Los Alamos boy was charged with battery on a sibling and parent. He was referred to the juvenile probation officer and released to his parents.    

8:41 p.m. – A 30-year-old Los Alamos woman reported a burglary from her home. The estimated loss is $840.

Nov. 11

2:58 a.m. – A 54-year-old Los Alamos man reported damage to area mailboxes in the area of Barranca Road. The estimated loss is $50.

10:22 a.m. – A 26-year-old Los Alamos man reported being the target of an international scam.

8:27 p.m. – Regina Vetsch, 31, of Española was arrested on N.M. 502 and charged with driving  on a revoked or suspended license as a result of a traffic stop.
