The Los Alamos Chamber of Commerce Golf Tournament will benefit United Way of Northern New Mexico. Los Alamos Golf Course members pay $60 to play, non-members play $90, which includes 18 holes of golf, cart, breakfast by Ruby K’s, a catered lunch by private chef Jarda Belmonte, a drink ticket and may prizes. Saturday
The Los Alamos High School Hilltalkers Speech and Debate team will hold a waffle breakfast fundraiser from 8 a.m.-11 a.m. at the Pajarito Masonic Lodge. A full breakfast of eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles and toppings will be served. The funds will help defray the costs of transportation and attending tournaments for the upcoming year.

Silver Threads Senior Market Art Show will be from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. at the White Rock Senior Center.
