2:17 p.m. — A 57-year-old Los Alamos man reported being the victim of battery at 176 Central Park Square.

4:10 p.m. — Richard Morse, 75, of Los Alamos was arrested at 176 Central Park Square and charged with battery following an investigation into a reported trespassing and battery upon an employee of the property owner.

5:14 p.m. — Bandelier National Monument reported the theft of a license plate from a government vehicle. The loss is less than $250.

8:22 p.m. — A 78-year-old Los Alamos man reported criminal damage to property at Guaje Pines Cemetery. The estimated loss is less than $1,000.

8:22 p.m. — Two 15-year-old Los Alamos boys and two 16-year-old Los Alamos boys were referred to the juvenile probation officer and released to their parents after being caught throwing rocks and damaging construction equipment parked at the cemetery. The estimated loss is less than $1,000.

8:53 p.m. — A 62-year-old Los Alamos woman reported being the victim of battery.

8:57 p.m. — Albert Molina, 41, of Los Alamos was arrested at 845 San Ildefonso Road and charged with battery against a household member.

Aug. 5

6:15 p.m. — A 20-year-old victim from Kansas reported damage to the side of his vehicle while it was parked near a residence on 9th Street. The estimated damage is less than $1,000.

6:47 p.m. — A 44-year-old White Rock woman reported the theft of landscaping items from in front of her residence. The estimated loss is $250.

Aug. 6

5:42 a.m. — A 52-year-old Los Alamos woman reported being harassed on Iris Street.    

    

5:42 a.m. — Robert Hunter, 39, of Los Alamos was arrested following a report of harassing behavior near the Y on Iris Street and issued a criminal citation for possession of drug paraphernalia and harassment and was issued a summons to appear in court.

10:44 a.m. — A 43-year-old Los Alamos man reported that someone stole LANL property from a mail drop at the UNM-LA campus. The estimated loss is less than $2,500.

Aug. 8

2:04 p.m. — An 88-year-old Los Alamos man reported the theft of his credit card.

11:41 a.m. — A 28-year-old White Rock woman reported unauthorized use of her telephone.

10:52 p.m. — A 42-year-old Los Alamos woman reported being battered.

11:40 p.m. — Jesus Enriquez Cruz, 21, of Los Alamos was arrested following the investigation of a domestic disturbance at 2025 East Jemez Road and charged with battery on a household member.

Aug. 10

7:40 p.m. — A 51-year-old Santa Fe man reported being battered on West Road.

8:03 p.m. — Kim Rodgers, 44, of Los Alamos was arrested at Los Alamos Medical Center and charged with battery following an investigation into a reported battery upon a healthcare worker.

Aug. 11

12:09 p.m. — A 51-year-old Santa Fe man reported the burglary of a home he owns in White Rock. The estimated loss is unknown.

3:56 p.m. — The Department of Energy reported criminal trespassing during an unauthorized occupation of LANL’s CMR Building at Trinity Drive and Sigma. The following people were arrested including Jason Ahnadii, 25, of Merced, Calif; Jeff Freitas, 26, of Atwater, Calif.; Megan Rice, 80 of Las Vegas, Nev.; David Coney, 40, of Boise, Idaho; Lisa Fithian, 49, of Austin, Texas; John Cohenjoppa, 54, of Tucson, Ariz.; Bryan Martin, 24, of Boise, Idaho and Elias Kohn, 20, of Devon, Pa.
