July 9

9:27 p.m. — Christine Jackson, 34, of Peñasco was arrested on Central Avenue on an outstanding District Court Warrant following a traffic stop regarding a fictitious license plate.

July 10

1:45 a.m. — Victor Medina, 27, of Los Alamos was arrested on North Mesa Road and charged with DWI and possession of more than an ounce of marijuana following an investigation of a suspicious vehicle in North Mesa Park.

9:44 p.m. — Christopher Sandy, 33, of Los Alamos was arrested at 3917 West Road and charged with battery against a household member following an investigation into a domestic disturbance in the street.

10:37 p.m. — Angela Baca, 53, of Los Alamos was charged with battery at 1380 Sioux St., and issued a summons to appear in court following an investigation into a disturbance in the street.

July 12

10:14 a.m. — A 38-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that someone broke into her vehicle and stole several items while it was parked at the bottom of Reservoir Road at West Road. The estimated loss is unknown.

 

11:02 a.m. — Barbara Griego, 37, was arrested at the convenience store on Diamond Drive and Arkansas Street and charged with assault following an investigation into a disturbance at the store.

July 13

1:40 a.m. — Benjamin Holden, 27, of Albuquerque was arrested at 41st and Sycamore streets on outstanding warrants and charged with concealing his identity following contact with police in which he was thought to be someone other than who he said he was.

Further investigation determined his true identity and that he had warrants from another jurisdiction.

2:11 a.m. — Evert Bailey, 40, of Santa Fe was arrested on an outstanding warrant from another jurisdiction following an investigation into a suspicious vehicle parked in Rendija Canyon.

July 14

10:21 a.m. — James Carpenter, 24, of Los Alamos was arrested on an outstanding District Court Warrant while already incarcerated in the county jail.  

3:17 p.m. — Anthony Martinez, 26, of Española was arrested on Cheyenne Street and charged with burglary from a vehicle or other structure following an investigation into a report of an automobile burglary on Cheyenne Street.
