12:24 p.m. – A 49-year-old Los Alamos man reported that he loaned his vehicle to a prospective buyer who did not return it in a timely manner. The estimated loss is less than $2,500.
4:51 p.m. – A 43-year-old Los Alamos woman reported someone stole her checks and subsequently forged them. The estimated loss is unknown.
1:56 a.m. – James Suina, 27, of San Juan Pueblo was arrested and charged with battery on a household member following an investigation into a domestic disturbance.
2 p.m. – A 16-year-old Los Alamos girl was charged with forgery and referred to the juvenile probation officer.
2:08 p.m. – A 49-year-old Los Alamos man reported that someone burglarized his residence. The estimated loss is unknown.
2:44 p.m. – Angelo Maestas, 28, of El Duende was arrested and charged with DWI following a traffic stop on N.M. 4.
8 p.m. – Paula Jaramillo, 33 and Patrick Connolly, 28, of Los Alamos were arrested and charged with battery against a household member and issued summons to appear in court to determine the primary aggressor in a domestic disturbance at 2305 37th St.
12:11 p.m. – Elmer Alcon, 48, of Santa Fe was arrested and charged with driving while license is suspended or revoked following a traffic stop when it was determined his license was suspended due to a previous DWI conviction.
5:35 p.m. – A 41-year-old Los Alamos woman reported someone stole her personal property from a shopping cart at Smith’s on Central Avenue. The estimated loss is less than $250.
6 p.m. – A 16-year-old Alcalde boy was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and referred to the juvenile probation officer following a traffic stop on East Jemez Road for suspicion of driving an alleged stolen vehicle. He was released to his parents.
5:57 p.m. – Timothy Blask, 48, of Los Alamos was arrested after reporting a possible break-in at his residence and an ensuing investigation revealed he had felony warrants from another state.
10:21 p.m. – A 12-year-old Los Alamos girl reported that she was the victim of unlawful use of a telephone.
11:30 p.m. – Bounthavy Hong, 39, of Los Alamos was arrested at 2025 East Jemez Road and charged with the unlawful use of a telephone following an investigation into the transmitting of inappropriate photos to a juvenile’s cell phone.
12:46 p.m. – Mark Hamilton, 53, of Los Alamos was arrested and charged with resisting, evading, obstructing an officer in the service of a court process following an investigation into a domestic disturbance at 675 45th St.
1:46 p.m. – Avery Hamilton, 25, of Las Cruces was arrested and charged with aggravated battery against a household member following an investigation into a domestic disturbance at 675 45th St.
