May 13

2:40 a.m. – Eric Carlson, 19, of Los Alamos was arrested on Bonnie View Road on an outstanding warrant from another jurisdiction following the investigation into reports of a suspicious vehicle.

2:40 p.m. – UNM-Los Alamos reported an estimated $250 in grounds keeping equipment went missing. The equipment was later located.

3:40 p.m. – A 12-year-old boy reported being assaulted after school by several other children on 36th Street.

3:45 p.m. – Los Alamos National Laboratory reported that someone sprayed graffiti on the old guard shack at the back gate on N.M. 4 and West Jemez Road. The estimated damage is $750.

6:18 p.m. – A 33-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that someone keyed her car while it was parked in Smith’s parking lot at 535 Central Ave. The estimated damage is less than $1,000.

May 14

7:33 a.m. – An 18-year-old Los Alamos woman reported someone shattered her car window and stole her purse and other items from inside the vehicle while it was parked overnight on Timber Ridge.

10:55 a.m. – A 28-year-old Los Alamos woman reported someone stole her purse from inside her vehicle while it was parked overnight on Manhattan Loop.

1:22 p.m. – A 43-year-old Los Alamos woman and several other people reported the theft of their personal items from lockers at the aquatic center on Canyon Road. The estimated loss is less than $500.

4:30 p.m. – James Carpenter, 23, of Los Alamos was served with a Municipal Court warrant while incarcerated in Los Alamos County Jail.

May 15

6:15 a.m. – A 29-year-old Albuquerque man reported someone shattered his car window and stole items from inside the vehicle while it was parked on Rim Road. The estimated loss is $963.

9:06 a.m. – A 48-year-old Los Alamos woman reported someone shattered her car window and stole items inside the vehicle while it was parked on Piñon Loop overnight. The estimated loss is $50.

10:20 a.m. – A 48-year-old Los Alamos man reported someone shattered his car window and stole items from inside the vehicle while it was parked overnight in the 400 block of Quartz. The estimated loss is $200.

1:02 p.m. – A 26-year-old Los Alamos woman reported someone stole her car keys while she was in Casa Mesita Thrift Store. The estimated loss is $40.

May 17

1:14 a.m. – Gregory Casados, 21, of Los Alamos was arrested and charged with resisting/evading/obstructing a police officer in the service of a court process following an investigation into reports of a loud party at 2122 41st St.

1:50 a.m. – Steven Thoren, 21, of Los Alamos was arrested and charged with resisting/evading/obstructing an officer in the service of a court process following an investigation into reports of a loud party at 2122 41st St.

4:09 a.m. – Daniela Vigil, 19, of Los Alamos was charged with minor in possession of alcohol (MIP) and issued a warrant to appear in court following the investigation into reports of a loud party at 2122 41st St.

4:11 a.m. – Evan Hults, 20, of Los Alamos was charged with MIP and issued a warrant to appear in court following the investigation into reports of a loud party at 2122 41st St.

May 18

10:44 a.m. – LANL reported that someone damaged a door lock at TA-3, building 207 on 123 Casa Grande. The estimated loss is $10.

10:36 p.m. – Edward Emerson, 77, of Los Alamos was arrested on Central Avenue and charged with DWI.

May 19

6:12 a.m. – Jeri Naranjo, 45, of Los Alamos was arrested and charged with driving while license is suspended or revoked following a traffic stop on Diamond Drive.

8:51 a.m. – A county employee reported vandalism to fixtures in the restroom at the North Mesa Soccer field. The estimated damage is less than $1,000.

5:25 p.m. – Moses Salazar, 24, of Los Alamos was arrested at 939 Iris St. on an outstanding Magistrate Court Warrant from another jurisdiction.

May 21

8 p.m. – Angela Donny, 38, of Los Alamos was charged with battery and issued a summons to appear in court following an investigation into reports of battery at a Los Alamos bus stop.

May 22

7:29 a.m. – A 22-year-old Rio Rancho woman reported someone shattered her car window and stole her purse from inside the vehicle while it was parked in front of 1028 9th St. The estimated loss is $400.
