April 29

8:25 a.m. – A 79-year-old White Rock woman reported being a victim of larceny. The matter is under investigation. The estimated loss is $500.

8:45 p.m. – Gregory Mack, 56, of Los Alamos was arrested on Oppenheimer Drive on a Municipal Court traffic warrant.

    

9:52 p.m. – Two Los Alamos boys, a 16-year-old and a 17-year-old, were charged with possession of marijuana at Oro Court and Alamo Road following a traffic stop for a vehicle equipment violation at which the odor of marijuana filled the inside of the vehicle. The boys were referred to the juvenile probation officer and released to their parents.

April 30

9:23 p.m. – Orland Whitney, 25, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia on 33rd Street and issued a citation to appear in court following a traffic stop for speeding in which an officer observed paraphernalia in his vehicle.    

May 1

12:42 p.m. – A 12-year-old Los Alamos girl reported being a victim of harassing telephone calls. The matter is under investigation.

May 2

5 p.m. – Two 14-year-old Los Alamos girls were charged with graffiti, referred to the juvenile probation officer and released to their parents following a report and investigation of two girls vandalizing Aspen Elementary School with spray paint. The estimated damage is $1,000.

May 3

9:03 a.m. – A 51-year-old Los Alamos man reported vandalism to construction equipment parked near the Guaje Pines Cemetery. The estimated loss is $400.

2:25 p.m. – A 75-year-old Los Alamos woman reported damage to a rental property on Pueblo Drive. The estimated damage is more than $1,000.

5:12 p.m. – Albert Fernandez, 19, of Mendanales was arrested following a traffic stop near Airport Road and East Road on a Municipal Court Warrant.

May 4

9:14 p.m. – Sandra Sterns, 52, of Los Alamos was arrested on Iris Street and charged with DWI.

11:34 p.m. – Laura Dili, 42, of San Juan Pueblo was arrested on Trinity Drive and charged with DWI.
