April 21

4:11 p.m. ­— A 78-year-old Los Alamos man reported being the victim of a forgery at 1200 Trinity Dr. The case is under investigation, no other information is available at this time. The estimated loss is $5,310.43.

4:23 p.m. — A 74-year-old Los Alamos woman reported someone from another country used her credit card without her consent. The estimated loss is unknown.

7:17 p.m. — A 49-year-old Los Alamos woman reported someone stole yard lights from her residence on 35th Street in the Denver Steels neighborhood. The estimated loss is $135. A suspect has since been identified for which charges are pending.

April 22

5:22 p.m. —  A Los Alamos youth reported the loss or theft of his credit card and subsequent unauthorized charges. The estimated loss is $200.

9:50 p.m. — Sterling Bucholz, 27, of Jemez Springs was arrested on West Jemez Road near Camp May and charged with DWI.

10:54 p.m. — Fidel Naranjo, 21, of Los Alamos was arrested on West Jemez Road near Camp May and charged with concealing his identity, after as a passenger in a suspected DWI vehicle, it was determined that he had a warrant from another jurisdiction. The charge of concealing his identity resulted from reportedly giving false information to police officers.

April 23

11:44 a.m. — A 44-year-old man reported being the victim of battery on a household member at a residence on Sycamore Street. The case has been referred to the district attorney’s office.

April 24

9:34 a.m. — A 76-year-old Los Alamos man reported that it appeared that someone had tampered with a door lock on a relative’s property on Orange Street. The estimated damage is $10.

8:10 p.m. — A 15-year-old Alcalde runaway was charged with concealing his identity and was referred to the juvenile probation officer after giving false information to police officers near Sandia and 40th Street.

April 25

10 a.m. — A 59-year-old Los Alamos man reported someone burglarized his residence on Sycamore Street. The estimated loss is $2,641.

2:37 p.m. — Robert Ryan, 26, of Los Alamos was arrested at 158 Central Park Square on a felony warrant out of Doña Ana County.

2 p.m. — Fidel Naranjo, 21, of Los Alamos was in custody when it was discovered he had an outstanding warrant from state police.

April 26

12:11 p.m. — Georgann Franey, 60, of Los Alamos was arrested on a misdemeanor traffic warrant from Municipal Court.

3:14 p.m. — A 13-year-old Los Alamos Middle School student was charged with six counts of battery and one count of criminal damage to property stemming from an incident in which he allegedly threw rocks at a school bus and the children riding in it. He was referred to the juvenile probation officer.

April 28

1:12 p.m. — Raleigh Whitt, 22, of Los Alamos was already in custody when served with a District Court Warrant.    

5:41 p.m. — Fidel Naranjo, 21, of Los Alamos was already in custody when served with another District Court Warrant.
