Feb. 4

1:24 p.m. — A 13-year-old Los Alamos girl was referred to the juvenile probation officer following a fight at Los Alamos Middle School on Hawk Drive.

Feb. 5

9 p.m. — Aaron Lopez, 22, of Española was arrested on North Road and charged with distribution of a controlled substance as a result of an investigation of a suspicious vehicle parked at the North Mesa tennis courts.

9 p.m. — Jonathan Briggle, 21, of Los Alamos was charged with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana on North Road as a result of an investigation of a suspicious vehicle parked at the North Mesa tennis courts.

Feb. 6

12:42 a.m. — The Hilltop House Hotel, 400 Trinity Dr., reported a break in. The estimated loss is unknown.

12:42 a.m. — Mason Tietjen, 24, of White Rock was arrested and charged with breaking and entering after he was caught breaking into the pool at the Hilltop House Hotel, 400 Trinity Dr., and throwing pool furniture into the water. The estimated loss is unknown.

12:42 a.m. — Tanner Barber, 23, of White Rock was arrested and charged with breaking and entering after caught breaking into the pool at the Hilltop House Hotel, 400 Trinity Dr., and throwing pool furniture into the water. The estimated loss is unknown.

1:30 a.m. — A 17-year-old Los Alamos boy was charged with DWI at Diamond Drive. He was referred to the juvenile probation officer and released to his parents.

4:37 a.m. — David Garcia, 27, of Los Alamos was arrested  and charged with aggravated battery: great bodily harm following an investigation of a stabbing incident that was discovered when the victim went to Los Alamos Medical Center for treatment of stab wound.

11:54 a.m. — A 52-year-old Los Alamo man reported rocks thrown through the windows of his RV while parked at the RV lot on North Mesa Road. The estimated damage is $400.

5:30 p.m. — Erin Gentry, 18, of Los Alamos was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and issued a criminal citation on 37th Street.

11:03 p.m. — Patricia Carrillo, 51, of Los Alamos was arrested on Aster and charged with DWI after driving into a light pole.

Feb. 8

4:40 p.m. — Two males reportedly stole a cart full of items from Smith’s Food & Drug Center at 535 Central Ave., dumped it into their vehicle and sped away. The estimated loss is less than $250.

Feb. 9

3:50 p.m. — A 13-year-old Los Alamos boy was charged with burglary of a residence, referred to the juvenile probation officer and later released to his parents.

8:42 a.m. — Alexander Ulibarri, 23, of Albuquerque was arrested in Albuquerque on an outstanding warrant from Los Alamos County.

7:18 p.m. — Glen Lujan, 33, of Los Alamos was arrested by Pojoaque Tribal Police on a Los Alamos Municipal Court warrant based on a previous DWI charge.

Feb. 10

4:08 p.m. — A 42-year-old Los Alamos man reported fraudulent charges on his credit card. The estimated loss is $700.
